Artificial Intelligence Club - Founder and President
I am the founder and president of the Artificial Intelligence Club at Sinclair Secondary High school, a student-run organization that created a collaborative space for members to build foundational skills in AI/ML. I took this initiative after recognizing that despite AI’s growing influence, it was not formally taught in my school.
As club president, I set clear goals, led workshops and group discussions. I designed a project-based structure and guided members through real-world projects, encouraging collaboration and innovation. I paired experienced members with beginners to gain skills and confidence.
Leading the AI Club strongly supported my personal development, leadership skills, time management, and communication. I learned how to create an environment that encourages participation.
World Robotic Olympiad (WRO), Future Engineers - Team Lead
Represented Canada at an international level, winning 4th place worldwide in the 2025 World Robot Olympiad (WRO), Future Engineers category held in Panama.
This was a great achievement, representing Canada at an international level after achieving 3rd place in the National championship, which made me feel proud to represent my country.
My responsibilities included leading my team, planning, designing, and programming a fully autonomous self-driving car with AI capabilities, under tight deadlines.
I showcased my leadership abilities by maintaining team spirit, effective communication, and pushing ourselves to overcome challenges in a highly competitive environment.


First Lego League - Youth Mentor -Won 1st AI Innovation project award
Youth Mentor – FIRST LEGO League Canada (Team 63697 Techno Turtles) - AI Innovation Project - Won 1st Place in Regionals.
Mentored and led a team of 10 middle school (Grade 7 & 8) students for FIRST LEGO League regional level competition to work on AI Innovation Project.
Worked with them to gather several problem statements, perform initial research and pick the problem to be solved based on solution viability.
Identified solution options by researching and mentored the team in build a model Pod platform and an autonomous rover using available Lego parts.
Coached the team in building AI model of marine species classification using Teachable Machine image classification model training.


VEX V5 2025 - Team Captain
Represented as a Team captain, led team of 7 members in 3 competitions (so far, with 2 more to go) and successfully qualified for the playoffs in every VEX competition.
Being a captain, I am responsible for preparing a high action game strategy for my team to succeed in competition.
Led the research on robot designs and discussed the pros and cons of various designs with the team.
Designed, built, and programed a robust robot that can pick blocks and play defensive and offensive itself effectively.
I guided and worked with my team to implement autonomous programming in Python language and configured the robot’s subsystem controls.


SASA Executive - Grade 9, 10, 11, 12.
Grade Representative in Grade 9, 10, 11 during these years of the South Asian Student Association.
I stepped up and took on a leadership role in coordinating and organizing club initiatives and activities and contributed to planning discussions.
Delegating tasks within small teams and helping organize cultural awareness activities.
Collaborated with the Tamil Student Association to co-lead joint events and fundraisers.
Event Coordination Executive in Grade 12.
I was responsible for taking primary leadership over event planning and execution.
I handled and led logistics, scheduling, partnership coordination, and on-site management for cultural and fundraising events.
I also collaborated with Pickering High School to plan and host a Garba event celebrating South Asian culture.
Student Parliament Executive - Grade 9, 10, 11.
Chosen as Grade 11 Representative to represent Student Parliament.
I took an expanded leadership role in planning, coordinating, and promoting school-wide activities and spirit initiatives. This role involved great leadership presence.
I actively participated in decision-making discussions, guiding ideas, supporting peers, and helping execute plans.
I dedicated additional time and commitment to Student Parliament, reflecting the responsibilities of a higher leadership position.
I helped to echo student voice by bridging communication between students and Student Parliament leadership.
